University of California Templates
Select the template of your choice and fill in the forms. Click on the "Done" button when you are finished to see your completed template. Selecting "Save As ... " from your browser's File menu lets you save the completed template to your computer's harddrive!
Be sure and read these instructions before attempting to fill in your first template.
