This will be the first of a few welcome messages we will send out.
First, a few logistical notes on distributing the paper:
1) There is a PDF version of the White Paper now on the MoA II Web
site: http://sunsite.berkeley.edu/moa2 .
2) We have an HTML version of the paper also at the MoA II Web site.
Its formatting is not as good, although we are working to improve it and to
make sure all the "content" of the paper is all there. The Word97 to HTML
conversion tool is pretty lame.
