I'd like to open the floor for discussion of the draft of the MoA2 White
Paper. You can find the draft of the White Paper at:

http://sunsite.berkeley.edu/moa2

There is both a PDF and an HTML version.

I think it makes most sense to discuss the paper in parts, devoting 4 or 5
days to the discussion of each section in turn. We will work to make
updates of the paper, which reflect the group consensus, available on the
web site as well.
