[MOA2-WP:30] Transcripts

I have to agree with Ross on this one: the transcript is probably of
interest *only* in relationship to the original. Unless there are
compelling technical reasons not to digitize the original, that ought to
be the priority.

As a related aside, in a separate, non-MOAII project we're working on here
that is analogous, we're digitizing the document, providing transcripts
and occasional translations (diaries/notebooks of a Chicano poet). The
thornier issues *here* involve what to do with the "inserts", e.g.,
business cards, postcards, cocktail napkins, drawings by others ...
