[MOA2-WP:41] Participant meeting

Heike Kordish at NYPL has been gracious enough to offer to host our
meeting. Now we need to negotiate for dates.

We have verified that the 28th and 29th of September will work in terms of
the meeting space. Are the dates problematic for anyone who will be
attending the meeting, and if so, can you suggest other dates that would
work? Please note that September 29th is Yom Kippur.
