[MOA2-WP] Database default form

I have a few questions about the database default form for object
type. Selecting the "Object" tab, one is presented with seven fields
to fill in.

CollectionID: I presume this is a local ID (not a project id).

CollectionName: is clear

OwnerName: There isn't enough space in the field for "The New York Public
Library." Does an abbreviation suffice?

FindingAid: I presume this is a conventional title like "Inventory of the
XYZ Papers" Or should it conform to a standard like the Uniform Public
Identifier used in the EAD finding aid?

MarcRecord: Do we just skip this field if there is no Marc record for the
finding aid? What about the Marc record for the collection?


In general, it is difficult to know exactly how to fill in these fields if
we don't know where and in what format the data is going to appear or how
it is going to be used.
