[MOA2-WP] Database and other questions

I've finished entering the data into the MOA2 database for the minute book
and photographs. Now I want to turn the database over to the preservation
person (Larry) who will be doing the scanning. Do I need to uncouple it to
send it to Larry (I believe he may have received a copy of the database
from the listserv when we all did) or just send the psu part as an
attachment (like I did to Berkeley)?

How is everyone handling inputting the links to transcriptions? I created
a TEI Lite document with a navigator frame listing the three minute book
entries that I transcribed, with each transcription in its own <div>. How
will the database entry for the <dao> point to the transcription? It can't
go to it directly since all three are in the same TEI document. Will it
point to the navigator frame as intermediary?

I've successfully put the 856 in the catalog record pointing to the HTML
version of the finding aid on our website for the Pennsylvania Bridges
Collection. However, I think I need to consult Daniel Pitti again about
the SGML version; it's not coming up in Panorama but pointing to the raw
coded version. The referent paths probably need to be changed for where
the final public resting place is for the finding aids.

I'm not getting the broken links images for the <dao>s for the photographs,
probably because I don't have the declarations at the top of the document
until I know if we're doing a thumbnail. I don't want to send the finding
aid to Berkeley until I get this part figured out.

I'm out of here for the rest of this week. More MOA2 when I return.
