We have just received word from NEH that we have a six-month extension on
the project. Although many of you are on-track for completing the project
on time, this is very good news for us at Berkeley, since it will give us
more time to work on the tools. It also gives more time to the evaluation
team at Cornell.
Although this gives us a little more breathing room, we'd still like to
finish up the digitization phase of the project as soon as possible, so
that we have enough examples in the testbed to start the evaluation.
