BIBID -- BIBliography IDentification number. This is the unique identifying number or record key of a given secondary bibliographical source in the BIBLIOGRAPHY table, assigned sequentially at the time the record is entered. The bibid is unique only within a given bibliography. Thus the Catalogue of Books Printed in the XVth Century Now in the British Museum corresponds to bibid 1081 in BETA, to bibid 1005 in BITAGAP, and to bibid 1023 in BITECA.

BIOID -- BIOgraphy IDentification number. This is the unique identifying number or record key of a given individual in the BIOGRAPHY table, assigned sequentially at the time the record is entered. The bioid is unique only within a given bibliography. Thus Iñigo López de Mendoza, Marqués de Santillana, corresponds to bioid 1031 in BETA, to bioid 1543 in BITAGAP, and to bioid 1454 in BITECA.

CNUM -- Control NUMber. This is the unique identifying number or record key of a specific copy of a given text in a given manuscript in the ANALYTIC table, assigned sequentially at the time the record is entered. The CNUM is unique only within a given bibliography. Thus in BETA cnum 778 corresponds to the copy of Gonzalo de Ocaña's translation of the Libri dialogorum in Escurial MS. b.II.9; while in BITECA it corresponds to Fernando el Católico's Senténcia reial per causa de les turbacions passades, in the Barcelona edition of Jaume de Vingles, ca. 1520.

COPID -- COPy IDentification number. This is the unique identifying number or record key of a given copy of a printed edition in the COPY table, assigned sequentially at the time the record is entered. The copid is unique only within a given bibliography. Thus copid 1001 corresponds to the copy of the Seville, 1483 edition of the Fuero real in the Cathedral of Cordova in BETA, to the copy of the Lisbon, 1495 edition of the Vita Christi of Ludolphus de Saxonia in the Biblioteca Nacional of Lisbon in BITAGAP, and to the National Library of Medicine's copy of the Valencia, 1490 edition of Lluís d'Alcanyís's Regiment preservatiu in BITECA.

GEOID -- GEOgraphy IDentification number. This is the unique identifying number or record key of a given place in the GEOGRAPHY table, assigned sequentially at the time the record is entered. The geoid is unique only within a given bibliography. Thus geoid 1100 corresponds to the kingdom of Navarre in BETA, to the town of Madrigal de las Altas Torres in BITAGAP, and to the town of Besalú in BITECA.

INSID -- INStitutions IDentification number. This is the unique identifying number or record key of a given institutuion in the INSTITUTION table, assigned sequentially at the time the record is entered. The insid is unique only within a given bibliography. Thus insid 1050 corresponds to the Biblioteca de Palacio in Madrid in BETA, to a 17th-c. Colégio de Sao Miguel in BITAGAP, and to the Abbey of Marmoutier in BITECA.

LIBID -- LIBrary IDentification number. This is the unique identifying number or record key of a given library in the LIBRARIES table, assigned sequentially at the time the record is entered. The libid is unique only within a given bibliography. Thus the Biblioteca Nacional of Madrid corresponds to libid 225 in BETA, to libid 122 in BITAGAP, and to libid 1005 in BITECA.

MANID -- MANuscript IDentification number. This is the unique identifying number or record key of a given manuscript or printed edition in the Ms/Ed table, assigned sequentially at the time the record is entered. The manid is unique only within a given bibliography. Thus manid 1100 corresponds to Escurial MS Z.I.9 in BETA, to MS Alcobaça 82 of the Biblioteca Nacional of Lisbon in BITAGAP, and to MS 989 of the Biblioteca de Catalunya in BITECA.

SUBID -- SUBject IDentification number. This is the unique identifying number or record key of a given subject heading in the SUBJECT table, assigned sequentially at the time the record is entered. The subid is unique only within a given bibliography. Thus Medicina corresponds to subid 1045 in BETA, to subid 1004 in BITAGAP, and to subid 10002 in BITECA. (Subject headings are not available in the web-based version of PhiloBiblon).

Dinis in BITAGAP, and to the Ordinacions dels paers i prohoms de la vila d'Ager in BITECA.
