I am hesitant to open the floor for discussion of Part II, since we
haven't really had an airing of the Executive Summary and Part I, but time
is going by....
We STILL welcome comments on the the DRAFT of the Executive Summary
and Part I. We very much need your input on this paper; your feedback and
good ideas will help make this project a stronger one, and help us to move
the White Paper from draft form into a product more suited for community
review.
