[MOA2-WP:23] Classes of material from Penn State collections

Like NYPL, Penn State has revised our selections for MOA2 in light of the
reduced funds. Instead of pulling relevant material from our Pennsylvania
Railroad Collection, we will focus on two other smaller, more concrete
collections: The Order of Railway Conductors Collection and the
Pennsylvania Railroad Bridges Collection.

The following are the classes represented in the project:

Correspondence - circulars, handwritten reports and letters

Continuous tone photographs - PA Railroad Bridges

Union minute books - Order of Railway Conductors - bound items, arranged
chronologically with date notations
