[MOA2-WP:31] finding aids and MARC records

Hello,

In order to help set up the test bed site, I would like to request that
those participants that have MARC records and EAD-encoded finding aids
notify me that they are ready to submit them. Those participants that do
not have MARC records and finding aids ready should plan on having them
soon!
